Earning Potential Breakdown

Year 1: $60,000-$80,000
Year 2+: $90,000-$120,000+
Top Producers: $150,000+ is achievable

What You'll Do
Actively prospect and close new business (Auto, Home, Life, Commercial)
Quote, bind, and issue policies efficiently
Cross-sell and upsell to maximize revenue per household
Hit and exceed monthly production goals
Follow proven sales systems and coaching
