Part-Time | 16 Hours per Week
Day and Evening Shift hours
Schedule
Week 1: Tuesday and Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Week 2: Monday and Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
AND
Every Other Weekend (Saturday and Sunday): 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Pay Range:
$17.70 – $19.15 per hour
Weekend Differential:
+$1.25 per hour

What You'll Do
As a Resident Care Assistant, you will support residents and assist the nursing team with daily care and activities.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting residents with personal care needs such as eating, grooming, and mobility
Preparing and serving meals and snacks while monitoring intake as directed
Helping maintain clean, organized, and welcoming resident spaces
Providing companionship through conversation, encouragement, and participation in activities
Supporting resident safety and responding promptly to resident needs
Transporting residents to activities, chapel services, or appointments within the community
Building positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
Helping ensure each resident feels respected, cared for, and valued
What We're Looking For
Must be at least 16 years of age
A caring, patient, and positive attitude
Dependable attendance and strong work habits
Desire to serve older adults with compassion and respect
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Willingness to learn and follow Fairmount policies and procedures
