Together, we embrace the challenge to push our mission forward — becoming more than the sum of our parts.We are hiring a Painter/Finisher to join our Creedmoor, NC operation for our weekend shift.What will you be doing?Finishes, to include masking, spray painting, conformal coating, piece marking, encapsulation, and chemical finishing. Lamination stacking, bonding, fluidize bedding, motor impregnation, coil covering, helicoil insertion and other minor assembly. Remaining flexible to start and stop hot jobs when needed.Weekend shift Fri/Sat/Sunday 6am-6:30pm.What experience, knowledge, education are we looking for?Must be 18 yrs. or older with a high school diploma or equivalent. 5+ years spray-painting experience required. Able to read blueprints and follow work instructions/specifications. Safety conscious and conforms to ES&H requirements.NADCAP experience preferred.Physical activities and requirements of this position:Finger Dexterity: Hand eye coordination, steady hands, ability to operate shop equipmentTalking: Able to communicate in EnglishVisual Ability: Must be able to identify colors and read minimum of 8-point fontPhysical Strength: Able to lift 50 lbs.
